Any and all vessels travelling to and from the cluster must be registered. Hapan law states that all unknown vessels are to be engaged by his majesty's forces unless registered in the Hapan Databases. Space travel is only allowed in designated areas such as open systems. Should you be travelling into the cluster make sure you sign up with our customs office and register your ship. Failure to do so will be met with aggression.
