The Hapes Consortium will insure any listed trader to the amount listed in all trades and middling services. There are four levels: level one – insured up to 10 million credits; level two – insured up to 25 million credits; level three – insured up to 100 million credits; and level four – insured up to unlimited amounts. We cannot guarantee trades that are above the listed amount for the trader in question.

What if the person steals?

If this person steals, please contact us and it will be sorted. You will regain anything you lost in credit value and the person in question will lose their status as an insured trader. Please note that the person is only insured up to the amount listed here, if they steal over, we cannot reimburse for the full amount. Also, if they make multiple steals that go over their insurance level, we will not reimburse for anything over their level.
