Pay

The monthly wage for the highest ranking government officials is determined by the Prime Minister in consultation with the King.

Promotion

For the first tier, a single minister can promote. For the second tier, it needs the consent of two ministers, the third tier it requires three. Once they reach the Specialization phase, it only needs their respective minister with the approval of the Prime Minister.
