The Hapan Government, typically called Lorell Hall, is the main body of the Hapes Consortium. The government provides a variety of services to His Royal Majesty as well as to the Hapan citizens. The services provided are both externally and internally applicable.

The Hapan Government is run by the Fel'da, or Ministers. The different Ministries and departments under them form the body called the Hapan Government. The advisory part of the Government goes under the name of the Royal Council. It consists of the Ministers and several hand picked Royal Advisors.
