ICQ ( I seek you), A free program that definatly makes our sim better. With this program you can chat with your officers, your wingman or even the King. ICQ supports features from file transfers to chats. Most officers in hapes, the empire and the alliance use it as there "personnal" self. Being either on duty or off duty, getting into bar fights or just talking about updates. If you plan on using IRC (for the traditional chat) please check out trillian as well.
