The Rifle Worlds Archon
In the past, local affairs on Lorell have always been handled by the Governor of Lorell. With the big cluster governance decrees issued
by King Jessy James I during Hapan year 9, the governorship system was abolished and replaced by a archonate system. With the division
of the cluster on three regions, Lorell as the portal to the rest of the cluster became the capital system of the Rifle Worlds region.
