"This just in, a special celebration hosted by the Royal Council is starting today at the Hapan capital in honor of the return of the Hapan crews that are returning from the Imperial Union tax planet, Scylla. Refreshments will be served as well as attendance by members of the Royal Council, and King James. The celebration is expected to last for several days, until the last Hapan has returned."
