HNN - Press Conference with the Fel'da of Finance

The Hapan News Network briefly appeared on screen and then faded into the emblem of the Ministry of Finance. It was soon replaced by the beautiful, smiling face of the network’s leading news lady, Anacia Chalcedon, who was standing inside of the Ministry of Finance’s auditorium.
Good afternoon, this is Anacia Chalcedon with the Hapan News Network reporting from the Ministry of Finance. We are mere minutes away from what seems to be a very important press conference, but all sources are quiet on its contents. Rumor has it that the Fel’da herself will be speaking directly to the press. Hold on! Something’s happening.
Now, the podium was centered as the curtain wavered slightly. Alley Trepe, the Fel’da of Finance stepped out with a smile on her face, waving to the crowd as she approached. The holocameras snapped viciously for a few moments and the crowd roared, which she subdued with just a clearing of her throat.
Greetings, my fellow Hapanii. Early this morning, we finished up the final negotiations in the Royal Council to open up the Hapan Insured Trader program. In essence, we want to make trading safe and simple for every member of the Consortium! Feel safe, trading, everyone! We are here to make your lives easier and to avoid those nasty pirates that still like to poke at our borders. We will be insuring all trades and middle services of the individuals involved in the middle program. The complete list is listed on the Hapes holosite, so do not miss it!
Any individual that wishes to be a part of the program needs to send a message to my Ministry and if you meet the basic requirements which are also listed on our holosite, we will set you up with an interview. If you pass this interview, we will insure you up to ten million credits, starting out. After some time, we may increase your level of insurance. Any queries can be directed to me personally, or my Secretary if I am out of the office.
As the Fel’da stopped, the press in front of her roared with shouted questions, hoping that they would be heard over the others. This all stopped when she raised her arms slightly, indicating that there was more.
Thank you for your interest, but questions will be addressed by my press secretary later. Next on my agenda, I would like to announce the opening of the Hapan Gaming Authority, bringing raffles of some of the most desirable ships in the Galaxy right here to the Consortium. Some may say that I have gone a bit eager with the King’s credit account, but do not fear, Hapans, for you all are definitely worth it. We will have a few of these per month, so I hope to see many of you entering. Thank you.
With that said with a smooth smile, the Fel’da exited the stage, soon replaced by her press secretary, a woman of Hapan descent who quickly quieted the crowd once again to answer a series of questions. The camera cut back to Anacia, who was standing with a smile on her face nearby, the podium now in the background.

The camera then faded out again with the logo of the Hapan News Network left on the screen.
