The introductory melody of the Hapan News Network begins, with images of worlds from the Hapes Cluster flashing across the screen. As the sequence comes to an end, a stylistic change to the channel`s design is apparent. Anacia Chalcedon appears on screen before the familiar backdrop of the Castle of Per`Agthra.

"Good evening, Hapes! I am Anacia Chalcedon, bringing you the latest news from the Hapes Consortium.

Tonight we are shining the spotlight on the latest endeavours of the Ministry of Industry and the Royal League of Commerce. As part of the Industry 4039 project, efforts have intensified around the Hapes Cluster to meet orders and requests from Chume`Dan. A Fountain Palace spokesperson stated to the HNN that `the completion of Oxbo on Daein does not mean the Ministry of Industry will rest.´

The CEO of Olanji Corporation, Grand Marshal Leonard, has been hard at work in the Charubah system to prepare for several large projects that are on the horizon. Plans have been drawn up to expand the Consortium`s already significant shipyard arrays, as well as surface factories, in order to handle future orders. Currently, major shipyard complexes are being reconfigured and retooled to build several new Lucrehulk 3210 Battleships that are already earmarked for the Ministry of Industry."

The voice of Fel`da Tal Tarix Locke is heard as the image shifts to a fact sheet.

"The Trade Federation, perhaps our closest and most important ally, has been gracious enough to lend us the designs for these wonderful ships once more. Federation engineers are working with Olanji personnel to adapt our shipyards to construct the new Lucrehulks. While formidable military vessels, our primary interest in the ships comes from their usefulness in industrial endeavours. Their carrier capacity is only surpassed by the Tabder-class Heavy Hauler, but it is the landing capacity that makes them unique. By employing them on our mining worlds in the Corsair Outback, or on industrial sites elsewhere in the Cluster, we really solve a logistical puzzle that can be somewhat of a nightmare when using more traditional vessels."

The image shifts to show information about Endara Mining Corporation as Anacia continues the report.

"Endara Mining Corporation has been upping their efforts to prospect several worlds earmarked for major mining operations. Citing interest from Lorell Hall to add to current raw material stockpiles, more planets in the Corsair Outback and the Hapan Rim Worlds are now seeing the deployment of SX-65 Groundhogs and FK-7 Airspeeders."

The image cuts to show Danakin Turner, the CEO of Endara Mining Corporation, speaking in front of the company`s headquarters in k`Farri.

"We`re currently looking at expanding the range of our operations in some of our systems. We`re taking the greatest care to ensure that planetary surfaces and environments are not needlessly disrupted or damaged by this. His Majesty and Fel`da Locke have also expressed a desire to establish an EMC presence on a few worlds where we`ve seen little mining activity so far. This heightened effort is largely motivated by logistical convenience and proximity to production complexes.

Essentially we`re not looking for any particular material types, but the Consortium`s needs will always be a mixed bag, dependent on what`s on the agenda. If Olanji is building warships, a steady supply of tibanna gas, durelium and varmigio would be a priority. If the focus is cities and outposts, mass quantities of more conventional materials are needed. Our priority now is just to find new veins of materials for future projects down the line, to keep our depots stocked for any contingency."

The image cuts back to Anacia in the studio, who offers a smile before she continues.

"In the line of industrial efforts, Endara Reclaim Industries received a new CEO, Tovakinpi Tarix Toshikhan, who will be streamlining the company in accordance with the needs of the Ministry of Industry.

After its participation in the Oxbo project, the company has been busy at work at many sites across the Hapes Cluster, demolishing and recycling redundant and derelict buildings that stand in the way of new projects. Orders are also being placed to upgrade and expand the company`s fleet of recycling vessels to be able to intensify and maximize their efforts.

The Hapan News Network will be doing an exclusive report on Endara Reclaim where we will speak with Tarix Toshikhan about the new direction of the company.

Stay tuned in the coming days as we keep bringing you the latest news from around the Consortium.

Thinking of hitting the beach? Next, weather forecast from across the Cluster."
