"Welcome Veiwers, to the long awaited and promised interveiw with Colonel Berin, Commanding Officer of the Royal Hapan Marine Corp, Now colonel Berin, you recently took command of the marine corp from Colonel Lane when he retired is that correct?"
"Yes it is Lucy, Colonel lane had to take an early retirement and i was promoted to fill the gap he left, and before anyone asks WHy didn't Von luck get it, well i was the only qualified officer at the time, though Von luck has been doing an admirable job as my XO."
"Colonel Berin, you have appeared to be quite busy and your aide has time and time again said that you were not avilable at this time due to schedule, could you tell us a little about why."
"Well Lucy, due to the change in command there has had to be a little reorganization within the corp and that was needed, so i did not have that much time, though i guess i could have done the interview a little earlier than i choose to."
"Colonel, there have been rumors of contention betwrrn yourself and the navy, is there any truth to this?"
"Yes lucy i have heard these rumors myself and all i can say is marines and fleet have always bugged each other but to the level of contention no it has not reached that level, I have nothing but the utmost respect for Lord Admiral Tyrridon and his fleet, myself coming from them to the marines while colonel lane was still around."
"Last question Colonel, What are your intentions and goals within the marine corp and hapes."
"well, It is my goal to make the marine corp the strongest and toughest fighting unit of the hapan military, at least within our operational feilds at the moment, we rare building and having more of our loyal hapan citizens signing up for service, we have new facilities, and soon i am hoping for a few wargames with the navy, but that is in the works still with the Lord Admiral."
"thank you Colonel berin for taking the time to meet with us, and veiwers i'm sure we might get Colonel Berin and Lord Admiral Tyrridon together for a joint interveiw at a later date, but it appears we are out of time, have a good night".
