Men and women in of different races and sizes, civilians as well as officers. They had all gathered to catch a glimpse of the ceremony that was about to take place.

One of the Royal Hapan Marine Corps longest serving officers and newly appointed CO, Major Pette Koroi, was about to recieve a medal from His Majesty King James I. After years of dedication and experience in the Marines the time had come for the Major to receive a Silver Medal of Command.

The King pinned the medal on the chest of the Major and congratulated him. The crowd cheered and the other officials attending the ceremony also personally congratulated the Major. After the ceremony the Major joined the King and his court to a banquet.
