This is Xana Valqar, HNN, bringing you the latest headlines from the business section in co-operation with the team that brings you "Eye on the Hapan Nobility"!

A little over two months have passed since the Hapan Minister of Culture and Archon of the Hapan Rim Worlds, Lord Alexander Tylger, purchased the near bankrupt recycling operation called StormOne Recycling. The Hapan noble has made similar purchases of galaxy-spanning corporations in the past, such as Loronar Security and Astralwerks Engineering, with much success. This, however, is the first time he has made a major investment for the future instead of short term gain. When our reporters went to meet with House Tylger's esteemed Vilicus and chief of propaganda, Danara Bajetix, she made a brief statement.

"His Excellency, Lord Alexander Tylger, considers the purchase of StormOne Recycling not to be a mere investment for monetary gain, but also an investment in the Hapes Consortium's future. The slow but steady escalating of the galactic civil war as well as increased piracy in most regions of the galaxy will undoubtedly lead to pollution, be it foreign or domestic, in the form of wreckage and debris. From colossal warmachines to your average stock freighters and snubfighters. With this purchase, House Tylger makes yet another move to better the galaxy and more specifically the Hapes Cluster."

Lord Tylger himself has apparently been busy on a mysterious mission in the wild regions of space where some of his ships were spotted, as well as in other more central sectors. Supposedly he has made contact with numerous newly established galactic governments to obtain exclusive recycling rights for his new company. On one of his occasional trips to Hapan space, arriving in a black and crimson Lambda-class Shuttle, he gave a few statements regarding the leadership of his new company:

"When I first purchased this company, I took some time to weigh the pros against the cons. To be officially recognised by numerous galactic corporation associations, the net worth had to exceed forty million standard Imperial credits and the company required a number of representatives. I discussed the matter with my good friend, President Dverol Nact of the Akheton Mining Corporation, with whom I struck a deal. He provided a number of very capable people to help me manage the company while my family provided the various costs of running the operation. At first we had some difficulty establishing a firm leadership of the company, but I have now more or less handed over the reins to Ellianshia Earthsong who is proving to be a very capable CEO. Assisting her in this task is my daughter Kimberly Tylger who accepted the position of Vice President. There are more capable people working behind the scenes in this project as well."

Apparently the esteemed businessman managed to meet the required net worth bar. A few weeks ago the company released thirty thousand stocks on the galactic market, selling to a few high profile galactic traders as well as numerous Hapans, and the company's report showed that StormOne Recycling's value had increased to over 135 million standard Imperial credits. Latest reports from the Coruscant stock exchange show that StormOne Recycling stocks can go for as much as 25 000 Imperial credits when sold to the right buyers.

Immediately after the take-over, Lord Tylger and Lord Bayne outlined a nationalisation contract of the company and submitted to the Prime Minister for approval. It was recently approved and all employees of StormOne were granted access to Hapan government facilities and registered as Hapan citizens in the central databases. StormOne Recycling has since also been represented in the Royal League of Commerce along with the Olanji Corporation and the Akheton Mining Corporation.

Cargo ships from the Lord's private and usually idle armada have been seen moving to and from the Naboo system where the Akheton Mining Corporation has their key mining facilities outside Hapan space. Their cargo has been unloaded in to warehouses in the Tylger-owned provinces of Lorell Prime and also in to the massive cargohold of the Tabder Heavy Hauler TFS Dwëium Darkness.

The massive vessel, known as "S1R Poseidon" arrived the Lorell system this afternoon. Scans proved it to be carrying nearly 750 000 tons of raw materials. Customs officers from the Hapan Ministry of the Interior spent over five hours investigating the contents of the ship which has over forty major cargomodules inside.

After all the necessary paperwork had been filled out by its captain, it set course for the third moon of Lorell Prime, known as Schoibato. Having been given a green class 1 clearance marking by the Ministry of the Interior, the ship was able to avoid the heavily trafficated space lanes of the Lorell system and entered orbit of the moon only two hours after the last Hapan official left the ship.

Within a few hours, more ships had arrived around the moon, many of them with official House Tylger markings and several heavily armed ships were present for security reasons. The Hapan press corps was invited to come to a specific set of co-ordinates on the northern hemisphere of the small moon.

The press corps were greeted in a fully developed city known only as Schoibato district 0-0 by Lord Tylger, President Earthsong, Vice President Tylger and Vilicus Bajetix. A large number of Draconian guards had been posted around the city, along with an especially heavily armed division around the noble himself. Lord Tylger gave the press corps a tour of the city sharing his thoughts on the future of StormOne Recycling.

"On the long hyperspace journeys I have undertaken in the last few months, I have been given a lot of time to sit peacefully and plan the future of my new company. A top priority has been the design of the company headquarters. It shall be located on Lorell Prime and function as an administrative district. This moon will be the heart of our recycling operations. We have made plans to develop the entire surface of this dustball in to a gigantic productive industrial complex. As we speak, large industrial vehicles as flattening dunes across the entire moon in preparation for the cleanslabs we will cover the moon's surface with. This is a large undertaking made possible with the help of the Hapan government. In some parts of the planet we have already started the construction of buildings. The moon should suit all our needs with high-rises and skyscrapers providing flats and apartments for the millions of Hapans that will be able to work in our plants and offices. We estimate the need for as many as fifty million workers on this moon alone. They will need housing. There will be one city-district functioning as the moon's capital with a conference centre, parks, landing pads, hangars, houses and flats for rent and hopefully banks, medical facilities and the like. We hope to bring some foreign investors for that. As this moon is virtually dead we are not damaging any sensitive nature with this project and it is far better than building a large industrial complex on the grass plains of our more central worlds. All architecture in these cities will be old fashion Hapan in style and our recycling plants will probably look more like beautiful museums on the outside to an untrained foreign eye. Style and beauty is the key. Pollution will be at a minimum and we are following all filtering laws laid down in the industrial pollution related laws of the Hapes Consortium. Designs of our cities will be sent to your ship computers by Vilicus Bajetix as you leave."

Archon Ariath Windcloud of the Rifle Worlds whose office administers and governs all civilian activity in the Lorell system was pleased to hear of the plans for Schoibato especially considering the increased commercial activity it will bring, as well as more workplaces in that section of the Hapes Cluster.

Many economic and political experts see a pattern in the behaviour of the conservative Lord. Coming from a noble family that was part of the losing side in the Hapan civil war, the Minister still embraces conservative beliefs such as female superiority over males. Supposedly all ships in House Tylger's private armada have all female crews, though this yet to be confirmed. The fact that he has two women leading his company seems to be proof of his archaic political stance and the experts predict that we will see more female administrators in StormOne Recycling in the future. Only time will tell.

We will keep you updated on the status of companies in the Royal League of Commerce in the time ahead. This was Xana Valqar reporting for HNN, good night.
