Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. As his Majesty announced only a short time ago, I have formally accepted command of the Royal Hapan Army. I appreciate his confidence in my ability to command and hope I can live up to his expectations.

However, as our efforts to reconstitute the Royal Hapan Army continue unabated, I wish to inform everyone of the changes in our personnel that are taking place, as well as give some exciting new announcements regarding our future.

First, Major Rick Olie, my valiant predecessor in office, will be taking over the role as my chief administrator for the Army. His appointment as the RHA's Quartermaster is extremely exciting for us, as it assures us smooth operations and a firm grasp on the personnel and logistics issues that were previously in doubt. Rick's knowledge and vast range of experience are certain to serve him well as he oversees our training programs, personnel assignments, and internal logistics. I thank him greatly for accepting this role, as there was no one else considered sufficiently qualified for the detailed knowledge and labour obviously required for such a position.

Second, the question of my replacement as commander of the Marine Corps has already been answered in a most satisfying manner. After consultation with my dear colleague in the Royal Hapan Navy, Commodore Firecam, it was decided to offer the position to Lieutenant Tovakinpi Toshikhan of his Majesty's Royal Hapan Navy, who has accepted the appointment. As an officer in the navy, newly reassigned Sergeant Tovakinpi has previously served under my command and already had demonstrated his abilities when I last commanded a fleet. Commodore Firecam has since had nothing but praise for this officer and, based upon his recommendation, I am certain he will continue to perform excellently in service to duty and state.

Now, as I alluded to earlier, there have been some exciting developments as of late for the Royal Hapan Army. Chiefly, these revolve around our website. You may now view the majority of the structure for the RHA (some portions of the structure and the requirements remain incomplete, but that should be changing in the very near future). As the site progresses, a comprehensive history of the Royal Hapan Army and Royal Hapan Marine Corps will be added, as well as a Hall of Heroes, commemorating our most beloved officers. So, please keep your eyes on our site as we continue to plunge forward towards the destiny that is so rightly our's.

Thank you all and good hunting.
