As the commercials end, your holoscreen brings you back to the HNN Evening News program, and the lovely newsanchor, Anacia Chalcedon, appears once again. Dressed in a yellow blouse with white floral patterns, she tucks a few stands of her golden-blonde hair behind her ear with a quick swipe of her fingers and glances up with that all-too familiar smile.

“Welcome back. In today’s business news, the highly anticipated trading station designed and constructed under a joint venture between the Hapes Consortium and Centerpoint Space Station was officially unveiled at its location orbiting Lorell Prime. On hand were numerous dignitaries and officials to initiate the public trading station at the “Trade Center of the Galaxy.” Among those present was the Minister of Trade and Chairman of the Royal League of Commerce, Ariath Windcloud.”

The holoscreen cuts to a shot of the young Hapan minister being interviewed by a nondescript HNN reporter at the scene…

“This new station will definitely create a boon in the Lorell sector and in the Hapan economy as a whole. I think the Hapan people can take pride in our continued pursuit to broaden our scope for the Consortium’s role in the Intergalactic commercial scene. This is but one step in a grander vision for the Cluster.”

The screen returns to Anacia…

“Not on hand for the ceremony was King James, but his Majesty did issue the following statement regarding the new trading station.”

The holoscreen changes from a live shot to Hapan text being displayed…

“"In addition to the Galactic Market (www.hapes.org/gm) I am very happy we can now provide a public link to the second mainstream trading platform. Providing our citizens and guests of Lorell such services is one of our upmost priorities. If time permits, I will be visiting the station personally next week.”

Once again, the holoscreen returns to Anacia at the news desk…

And we’ll be right back with today’s look at sports after this…
